On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a possibility of sleeping space in the living room (sofa bed) Exit to south-facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on a quiet street.

The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm in floor plan, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also has a conservatory and a lovely little courtyard. The townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a little kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes, and restaurants. The house is located right by the harbor, 437 yards (400 meters) from one of Denmark's best beaches, and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal, and great playgrounds. The house is suitable for a couple or a small family. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It's an old fisherman's house with all the charm that comes with it. Bring towels.

In 2024, we bought our dream townhouse in Marstal on Ærø! Ærø is so cozy and quiet and we really want to share that with others. Here you can really disconnect and get into a holiday pace that cannot be found in many other places. There is plenty to experience on the island. Whether you're into kayaking, hiking, beach or museum visits. We are happy to give you tips for day trips :) The house can accommodate 6 people. Et hyggeligt byhus i centrum af Marstal som netop er blevet renoveret. Rummene er lyse og rummelige med god plads til mange besøgende. Huset er fyldt med stemning og dets mange rum lægger op til familiære hyggestunder. Der er kun et par minutter på cykel til stranden. De lune sommeraftener er oplagte at nyde i udestuen, som ligger i forlængelse af husets køkken. Det gode vejr kan også nydes fra terrassen i husets lukkede have. Herudover har huset både fladskærm og Fiberbredbånd/trådløst netværk.

The house is a town house in the center of the charming town, Ærøskøbing. It's located 150 meter from the town square, 5 minutes from the ferry and 800 meter from the lovely beach. The house is 75m2, has two bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen and living room in one downstairs with acces to a nice covered terrace. The garden is quiet and private. The house is ideal for families as well as couples who want's to explore the town and the island. It is our private house, which we use in our holidays.

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

Der er opvaskemaskine og amerikaner køle/fryseskab 2 Lækre soveværelser med Hästens dobbeltsenge, samt køjeseng i det ene værelse. Dejligt badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der en lille hyggelig gårdhave, som er tilgængelig for husets gæster. Gratis Wi-fi og gode parkeringsmuligheder.

Walking distance to everything in town – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. No TV. Free Wi-Fi. NOTE: From June 1 to September 1, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house - free of charge and with no time limit.
