Centrally located older townhouse in Marstal. Distance to shopping about 200 meters, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and 1 km to the beach. 300 meters to the harbor. Bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor. There are duvets and pillows - - but bed linen, sheets, towels, etc. must be brought by guests themselves. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a possibility of sleeping space in the living room (sofa bed) Exit to south-facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on a quiet street.

Beautiful little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable.

The ground floor contains an entrance hall with a small toilet. Cozy living room with TV, as well as kitchen with dining area. 1st floor contains large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and loft. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Small bedroom contains 2 single beds. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Pets are not allowed

På 1. sal er der værelse med dobbeltseng med udgang til altan med fin udsigt, værelse med dobbeltseng, repos med enkelmandsseng samt badeværelse. Huset ligger 100 meter fra dagligvarebutik og gågade med mange fine butikker og der er er 300 meter til vand og havn. Privat parkering i den aflukkede have foran huset. Gratis Wi-fi. Super hyggeligt hus.

Nice town house in the middle of Ærøskøbing

The house is a town house in the center of the charming town, Ærøskøbing. It's located 150 meter from the town square, 5 minutes from the ferry and 800 meter from the lovely beach. The house is 75m2, has two bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen and living room in one downstairs with acces to a nice covered terrace. The garden is quiet and private. The house is ideal for families as well as couples who want's to explore the town and the island. It is our private house, which we use in our holidays.

Townhouse close to grocery store and pedestrian street with many nice shops. 300 meters to water and harbor. The house is on one level. Large open kitchen to dining room and living room. There is a dishwasher and American fridge/freezer 2 nice bedrooms with Hästens double beds, as well as bunk beds in one room. Nice bathroom with washing machine and dryer. There is a small cozy courtyard, which is available to the guests of the house. Free Wi-Fi and great parking options.

Charming authentic townhouse in the middle of Ærøskøbing

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

Vi købte i 2024 vores drømmebyhus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Cozy and beautifully restored town house in the heart of Ærøskøbing -the fairytale town of Denmark. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or a nice family vacation. It has 5 beds in 3 separate rooms, a cozy livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with steam bath. You are welcome to use the two private gardens; a sunny courtyard and closed front yard. We really love our small romatic house and hope you will enjoy and take care of it too :)

Lovely townhouse close to harbor and beach

Parking is allowed in front of the house. If I don't have the opportunity to be there when the guests arrive, you will get a code for a key box, which hangs to the left when you stand in front of the front door. The code for the internet is in the top left corner of the white cabinet in the living room. You leave the house cleaned, but little else is agreed upon. The dishwasher, refrigerator and trash can are emptied. Bed linen, towels or tea towels are not included.

Right in the middle of the idyll, in the cobbled streets of the old market town, with a few steps to the town's restaurants and cafes, you will find this lovely, charming townhouse with a lovely courtyard. Here you are as close to all the city's glories as you can get, shopping, marina, ferry port, free buses, walking distance to a morning dip. About 1 kilometer to the beach, at the small bathhouses.
