Centrally located older townhouse in Marstal. Distance to shopping about 200 meters, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone and 1 km to the beach. 300 meters to the harbor. Bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor. There are duvets and pillows - - but bed linen, sheets, towels, etc., guests must bring their own. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a sleeping area in the living room ( Sofa bed ) Exit to south facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on quiet street.

Cozy Skipperhus centrally located in Marstal's small streets that connect the city's pedestrian street with the harbor. The house has a good ceiling height (2 m) and, as the only one in the street, a private parking space, which faces Skippergade, where the entrance through the south-facing courtyard is also located. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140 cm double bed and 1 with 180 cm double bed + bunk bed, possibility of extra guest bed. Dining room with plenty of space, large living room, small functional kitchen and extra toilet on the ground floor.

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

The ground floor contains an entrance hall with a small toilet. Cozy living room with TV, as well as kitchen with dining area. 1st floor contains large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and loft. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Small bedroom contains 2 single beds. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Pets are not allowed

Huset ligger 100 meter fra dagligvarebutik og gågade med mange fine butikker og der er er 300 meter til vand og havn. Privat parkering i den aflukkede have foran huset. Gratis Wi-fi. Super hyggeligt hus.

Charming authentic townhouse in the middle of Ærøskøbing

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

Vi købte i 2024 vores drømmebyhus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Lovely townhouse close to harbor and beach

Parking is allowed in front of the house. If I don't have the opportunity to be there myself when the guests arrive, you get a code for a key box that hangs to the left when you're big in front of the front door. The code for the internet will find in the top left corner of the white cabinet in the living room. You return the house cleaned, but less otherwise agreed upon. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and trash can are emptied. Bed linen, towels, or tea towels are not provided.

Cozy and beautifully restored town house in the heart of Ærøskøbing -the fairytale town of Denmark. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or a nice family vacation. It has 5 beds in 3 separate rooms, a cozy livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with steam bath. You are welcome to use the two private gardens; a sunny courtyard and closed front yard. We really love our small romatic house and hope you will enjoy and take care of it too :)

Townhouse close to grocery store and pedestrian street with many nice shops. 300 meters to water and harbor. The house is one level. Large open kitchen to dining and living room. There is a dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer 2 Delicious bedrooms with Hästens double beds, as well as a bunk bed in one room. Lovely bathroom with washer and dryer. There is a small cozy courtyard, which is available to the guests of the house. Free Wifi and good parking.

Aeroe, townhouse close to beach and habour.

Large skipper's house at the southern end of Marstal with both courtyard and lawn, sun and shade. A stone's throw from the most beautiful playground at the harbor, sailing and beach, pedestrian street and the best baker in town. The kids fish on crabs, the adults play golf, tennis or do kayaking or pack a basket with lunch and stay on the beach all day long. The whole island is a beautiful and exciting acquaintance - naturally and historically.

Here you are as close to all the delights of the city as you can get, shopping, marina, ferry port, free buses, walking distance to a morning swim. About 1 kilometer to the beach, by the small bathhouses.
