There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

Just outside the house are bus stops, from where the bus runs for free once an hour, towards Søby as well as towards Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The beach is 2-3 km away. in Søby, 6 km away, a Dagli Brugs, and a grill bar/restaurant. in Ærøskøbing, 10 km away, is Netto, as well as a lot of shops and restaurants. Marstal, 18 km away, Superbrugsen, Apoteket, as well as a lot of other shops, and restaurants.
