The 1.5 room apartment is located on the 1st floor on a farm in the beautiful Bernese Oberland. Close to great skiing, hiking and biking areas. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed 180 × 200 A bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen and living room are in one room. In the kitchen, the most necessary dishes are available as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. We are a bit far from the village, so guests without a car have to walk about 15 minutes to the center.

"The yurt itself was extremely inviting and comfortable, from the tasteful decor to the nespresso machine, Chuen has perfected this place. We particularly enjoyed the wood burning stove and LOVED the hot tub (a must have). The 15 minute walk through gorgeous cow fields from the train makes you feel connected with nature and the Swiss Alps. The 2-room apartment is a bit elevated but still centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also satisfy higher demands. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, fridge, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

Beatrix’s place was incredible! It was clean, comfortable, and felt very much like an oasis. The door opened up on to one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen—I kept video chatting family members just so they could see it. The bed was comfortable as well, as someone with back pain. I could hear tenants upstairs but was not too disturbed by their footsteps. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals, which was nice because the village was small—it was necessary to travel to the neighboring town to access more restaurants etc. Using public transportation was doable to explore neighboring towns like Interlaken but required advanced planning, because the bus from the village only comes once an hour. A car would have provided more ease. But overall, such a wonderful restorative retreat.

Amazing peaceful place. We had great experience!
