Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Aetolia-Acarnania

A charming and new house surrounded by trees and stunning scenery, a short driving distance from an excellent Greek taverna and from the city center of Lefkada, the hosts were available and nice. We had a great time.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

This place is way cooler than you think from the photos. I wish we had more time to spend there. The host was outside to help us find the place at about 23:00! there were generous amounts of food, and toiletries. Great place!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Dimitris was a great host and provided us with everything we needed during our 3 day stay. We hope to go back soon. Totally recommend to anyone who need a calm and peaceful vacation.

The accommodation was right by the sea and no other people there so you have your peace there. Very nice hosts who were very helpful and responded quickly. Can highly recommend AirBnB and will most likely travel there again.

I have stayed there before and I rebooked as I liked it so much. Close to Athani village for shop and tavernas, close to beaches, lovely garden and view.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Best air b and b I have stayed at so far!

This was the most beautiful place that we could ever have hoped to have spent our honeymoon. The setting and studio are stunning and with easy reach of everything that we needed. The pool area was wonderful place to spend time with it's - out of this world view! Anna arranged our taxi transfers to and from the port so we had no worries on getting to her studio and greeted us on arrival. Everything and more had been thought of for our stay and we were welcomed with an array of provisions to get us started. We loved the ingredients that were either made by Anna or family and used them in preparing salads.We have never stayed somewhere that has been so well equipped, immaculate and the thoughtful extra touches. Anna was so helpful and knowledgable and gave us a huge amount of information, what to visit, how to book with local boat companies and local restaurants etc. We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and will return to stay and see the lovely Anna and her husband.

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

The apartment and the hosts were absolutely amazing. Very nice and kind people, gave me home made olive oil, chicken eggs, cucumber, changed my sheets proactively, shared some places and things to do. You won’t be disappointed with this apartment, but come by car - you will miss a lot of Lefkada if you are without a vehicle!

Loved our stay, the most stunning scenic views of the harbour, the sea & the mountains from the balcony and the side patio. The apartment is lovely, very clean, Nina was very friendly & quick to respond. We sat & watched the ferries and the boats coming in & out, very relaxing. We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing week in the preseason, in the midst of a fantastic landscape and scenery. Several locations were still closed - we enjoyed the hospitable local Greek cuisine all the more! The contact with Evi was very straightforward and friendly and her digital tips were very helpful. We can very well imagine a return!

It's hard to write a review without just repeating everything everyone else has said. It really deserves a five star rating. The balcony is amazing, we spent a lot of time just chilling in that fantastic space looking over the harbour. We needed a taxi from the airport and our host recommended local driver Kosmas, who was punctual, helpful and very kind. The wonderful little bakery 'Strawberry' is a couple of minutes walk for fresh pastries, home made ice cream and coffee. There are plenty of tavernas in walking distance - the whole village in fact is very compact and walkable. I'd also recommend Kefalonia Wine Tour as a wonderful experience with local winemaker Julia, who only takes very small groups into her personal, small family world of co-operative wine making. She also picks you up from Agia Effimia! Thanks so much to our wonderful hosts for a really happy stay and making us feel so welcome.

The appartment was nice and clean with a cute sitting area outside. The city area is also good, there are restaurants and shops near by, 2 minutes away. The communication with Vasilios was easy and fast, everything went without any complications.

Very nice, pleasant house, small enough, quite organized and clean. Lovely stay, great communication with the host. Only small negatives (for some perhaps negligible) were the size of the bed (borderline a double for tall or large people) and the strong feeling of humidity in the atmosphere (which may be perhaps more general in the area).

I needed a clean place to sleep for my accommodation, a way to take care of myself (cooking small dishes is possible with a small pot, a small pan) and a hot shower. The accommodation offered me all of this. There were towels, a hair dryer, even an iron, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I was very satisfied, everything was lovingly furnished. The small balcony opens into the Courtyard, but it didn't bother me. I would book this accommodation again.
