"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

For hiking | cycling tours through the beautiful countryside, forests + meadows as well as attractive excursion destinations are right outside the door. For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

The apartment is located in the center of Rösrath. Only 20 km from Cologne. On the ground floor of an apartment building is the almost 36 m² apartment, facing the main street! Attention, the MAIN STREET is busy day and night! An ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities around Cologne and the Bergisches Land. Bike tours, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, visiting trade fairs or just visiting friends/family. Everyone is welcome and will find what they are looking for.

Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment is located on the first 1st floor of an apartment building. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a living room, which can also be used as a bedroom. In addition, the apartment has a separate bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. With each north/south orientation, you will find 2 balconies to enjoy the sun. In the dining room, too, the evenings feel very entertaining in a cozy atmosphere. It's best to try it out.

The cozy terrace invites you to relax, and from there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the forest. One parking space in front of the house can be used. There are good transport connections to Cologne, Bergisch Gladbach and Overath. The A4 is 2.5 km (1.6 miles) away. Dogs and cats are allowed!
