Recently renovated with traditional techniques and materials, it is 40 minutes from Etna, an hour from Syracuse and Taormina and half an hour from Catania.

Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

NICA Guest Accommodation

La casa è ubicata in una piccola "vanedda", come chiamiamo qui le stradine che si aprono tutte intorno alla Shari'a (la strada principale). NICA, nel nostro dialetto significa "piccola" e allo stesso tempo "carina, simpatica" si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, conserva l'anima di come vivevano un tempo, con le donne sedute nei cortili a ricamare e preparare i pomodori da essiccare al sole. Potrete raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni, ristoranti e servizi principali.

L’immobile appena ristrutturato gode di una vista panoramica della vallata della tenuta e della presenza di boschi e pinete secolari. Vi si accede da una strada privata. È il posto ideale per passare giorni di relax e tranquillità a contatto con la natura e senza i rumori della città.

Il centro storico di Enna dista circa 7km.
