we hebben het heerlijk gehad! wat een leuk huisje! het is erg leuk ingericht, met veel aandacht voor creatieve details. we waren ook heel erg blij met de horren voor de ramen, we konden lekker alle ramen openzetten en de zeebries binnenlaten. het plekje is heerlijk rustig met het geluid van de kabbelende zee. Op het strandje lag wel veel afval uit zee, dat was jammer maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen. het zwemmen was er niet minder fijn om en we hebben dolfijnen gezien vanaf het terras! kortom, zeker een aanrader.

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η θέα από την βεράντα είναι απολαυστική! Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα διαθέτει ένα νοικοκυριό. Ήταν το ιδανικό σπίτι για τις διακοπές μας (τετραμελής οικογένεια)! Η οικοδέσποινα η κ. Μαίρη μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Είναι ευγενική, προθυμη και καλοσυνάτη! Μακάρι να μπορέσουμε να ξαναπάμε!

Quiet luxurious house in Trikeri

The apartment is excellent, with all the equipment you have at home. The location of the house and the surroundings are fantastic. The beach can be reached from the yard of the house or less than 100m away. The peace and quiet cannot be described. The house is perfect for a complete vacation and for people who don't want entertainment from their vacation. Near the apartment (a few kilometers each side) are two idyllic Greek villages Trikeri (4km) and Ag. Kiriaki (1km). The only drawback is the poor communication with the owner's representative and the inability to find the apartment due to the incorrect location of the apartment on the Airbnb map.

At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

"Μαράκι " εξοχική κατοικία

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Mapia . Le logement est bien situé au coeur du village et près des plages. On ne peut pas se garer dans le village c'est important de le savoir. Mapia s'est montrée reactive et aidante. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Agia Kiriaki.
