We had a wonderful stay in Aptera. The location was perfect; close to Chania and an easy drive to other locations in western Crete but still rural, quiet, and private. There's an incredible view of the mountains right out of the front door. Mihalis was really friendly and gave us many local recommendations. We highly recommend a stay here!

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Athina, such a wonderful place. The views are stunning from sunrise to sunset and it’s so beautifully peaceful. There’s lots of seating areas, for sun and shade, and evening dinners on the terrace was a real highlight. The hatch from the kitchen window is such a bonus, we had fun passing food out for the table and shouting ‘service’ 🛎️ Yannis and Emmanuel are wonderful hosts right from the time we booked, very attentive, providing lots of useful information and helping with our late evening arrival transfer from Heraklion. In addition, manager Georgia and her husband Stathis were super helpful and friendly, on hand during our stay, ensuring we had everything needed. We walked down to a fabulous local taverna called Laventis, food was delicious, but generally a car is needed to get about to amazing beaches, the old town is very pretty and we hired a boat for 5 hours, €150, a great way to explore. One of the best family holidays ever, thank you.

What a wonderful house! We were surprised to be so close to 2 lovely beaches, great hikes and a delicious restaurant. We’re a family with 3 young kids and they loved the swing, swinging bench, jacuzzi, space to play inside. Dimitris left a baby crib, high chair, and toddler potty for us which was super helpful. The best was Dimitris was very kind upon greeting us late at night when we arrived.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in Rokka. The place is quite remote so a car is definitely necessary (in general a good choice if you want to enjoy Crete in its whole beauty). How to get there was well described in advance by pictures that Nikos and Marianna sent us and in general they always communicated very fast. When we arrived there was a lot of food in the fridge including local wine and cake, which was delicious and very welcoming. The view across the mountains is beautiful!

A lovely place in a cute village, surrounded by olive trees. A gorgeous view from the terrace. The house manager communicates very well, with fast, clear and friendly instructions. Special mention: the owners Elena and Michail also run a delightful restaurant 30min away. It is well worth going, for the food, the view, but most importantly to meet with them! They have been sooo incredibly welcoming and it was a treat to have a chat with them both. I definitely recommend

It was a perfect place! George and family were very hospitable! Our daughter was even allowed to play upstairs with his children! Apartment was nice, spacious and very clean! With large balconies (with a fantastic view) and a spacious garden that was perfect for our 4 year old daughter. We got lettuce, eggs, sheep's milk and olive oil from the garden. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and hiking trails. Repeatable! We enjoyed :).

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. I think it was the perfect location just outside the old town - very easy to walk into old town or along the marinas to many restaurants and shops yet also easy access for tours and outings outside the city. I loved Crete and would recommend this Airbnb to others. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed in the area (easily walkable from the apartment) include Maiami, El Gato, and SALIS. We also enjoyed a cooking lesson, snorkeling boat trip, and olive oil tasting.

We were welcomed right upon arrival by Angela, super friendly and helpful. Angela gave us the feeling of always being available and finding solutions to any problems. We felt comfortable and well looked after from the first moment. The apartment has been cleaned at short, regular intervals, the bed linen and towels changed. The apartment where we stayed has everything needed for cooking, a very large terrace with two loungers, of which a covered part can be used, so even in rainy weather. The interiors are also large and spacious. As a conclusion, if we come to Crete again, we would definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant stay with our 4 month old baby. The hosts where very accommodating and overall the apartment is well equipped. Location wise its super close to nice beaches and to the lovely villages around Vamos. Also Chania is easily reachable by car. All in all very recommended. Only downside were the sheets, but its typical for greece. I guess we are spoiled with our egyption cotton/satin fitted sheets🤣

We stayed with Evienia for a month with our little baby and had a great time. The apartment is super cozy and has everything you need. The view is fantastic and you can easily explore the west of Crete from here. There is a parking space right in front of the door. Those who like dogs and cats will get their money's worth here ( our baby loved it). You can also keep the four-legged friends away from the terrace with a gate. Evienia is a hearty person and super cook, who is always easily accessible (on request she also offers very tasty breakfast and dinner). It is a good help with the excursion and food selection with lots of tips and recommendations. We felt very comfortable and always happy to come back, hopefully soon.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We booked the villa for a week and were more than satisfied. Perfect communication, easy check-in. The villa has a magnificent location, the house has plenty of space and everything you need. The pool was also very nice. I would especially like to highlight the great service and hospitality of the hosts. Great restaurant recommendations and accessibility. All in all, a great vacation and worth a recommendation.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

This is a stunning home in a great neighbourhood with a host who is an absolute 10/10! The house was even better than expected as a couple more bathrooms were added recently so there are now four. Host met us at the property, showed us around and gave extensive recommendations for all things Chania and Crete! The pool is just perfect for lounging or a dip in the evening after a hot day exploring beautiful Chania & Crete. I’d suggest you must have a car to get to and from the property as it is in a residential area however I think for Crete in general you need a car. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, top to bottom. Don’t even hesitate booking this place!

Fantastic Villa for our family party. Spacious, well equipt and with lovely pool and view. There are nice (and inexpensive restaurants within walking distance too). Neighbourhood was peaceful. We felt very much at home, mainly due to the fantastic hosting. Georgia and Andreas are so friendly. Cheerful , beautiful people. They want to make every part of the stay special. Thank you both! ❤️

Another big thank you to Giorgos and Maria for their hospitality. A very big sandstorm from the Sahara disrupted everything on the day of our arrival. Our hosts did their best and even the impossible to clean everything and allow us to enjoy the villa in the best conditions. The villa is beautiful. Everything is planned so that we can relax and make the most of it. Full of good intentions, the products available allow us to feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!
