Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Dimitrios

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Καθαρό και πολύ δροσερό το σπίτι, ήσυχη γειτονιά, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Mycket trevlig värden, och ett stort fint hus att bo i. Härligt också med en hel del personlighet i huset

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

The accommodation was clean and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. What really stood out was the host’s kindness—Sakis generously offered to let us stay past the usual check-out time since the apartment wasn’t booked the next day. That kind of flexibility and hospitality is truly appreciated and worth highlighting.

The flat is very comfortable and has a nice clean minimalist design. It's in a great neighbourhood with some nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Acropolis and convenient for bus routes.

I can’t recommend Evangelos’ place enough! This was the perfect place for my husband and I on our short 3-day stay in Athens. The location was great, very walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The walk to the Acropolis was uphill so we would get a quick/cheap taxi there, and walk back to the Airbnb (~15 min walk). We felt very safe in the neighborhood, there were always people around. The hot tub was such a great place to relax after long days of walking, and the view of the Parthenon was just lovely - especially at night. Finally, Evangelos was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He also connected us with a great driver Petros, who picked us up from our cruise port and brought us to the airport. We had a fantastic stay in Athens and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly thanks to Evangelos!

This homestay is really wonderful! The environment is super nice and peaceful. It's very quiet and clean around. The rooms are decorated very warmly and the details are well taken care of, making people feel at home. The landlord was particularly friendly and helpful. The communication was smooth from the very beginning. During check-in, he was very considerate and introduced the nearby delicacies and scenic spots to us. It felt like we were being received by a friend. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place! If you come here for a trip or a short stay, it's really worth choosing this place. It has an extremely high cost performance and you will feel very comfortable staying here. I'm sure I will come again!

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

This place is amazing. The view is a dream. Location is excellent. Close to restaurants and iconic places to visit. Peaceful at night and spacious. Looks better in person. I would give a 10 score if it was available. When visiting Athens this is the place to stay. Even more if you are a family. They made accommodations for baby guests. This is the third Airbnb in our 17 day trip and by far the best. Amazing service. Superb host.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

Nice, comfortable apartment for 4-6 people. Easy 15 minute walk to historic center and many restaurants. Very close to tram stop. Quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from major hotel and main street. Lavish quickly responded to all queries before and during our trip.
