The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
