The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. A vintage shelter for a unique accommodation experience.

The house is 15m from the beach and 10m from the village square. It is close to taverns, bakery, bar, mini market, with comfortable parking on the road and is located 5 km from the port of Evdilos. The house is spacious and features a large living room with a sofa that turns into a bed, a large bedroom, as well as a loft with double beds. Also, the house has a spacious courtyard and balcony overlooking the Ikarian Sea for wonderful sunsets. Ideal for families and groups

Ikarian style house with a big garden in the village of Frantato. If you are looking for a peaceful ,quiet and relaxing place to stay , then this will be perfect for you. Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Our studio lies in the district called “Votsalakia” of Samos island, definitely a picturesque island. It is suitable for couples, a family with a child or a group of 3 friends, who are looking for a comfort of a house with a kitchen and a private bathroom on the vacation. This is a traditional studio with basic equipment for an ideal stay during your holidays.

Εξωτερικά υπαρχει αυλή για να απολαύσετε τη θέα στο λιμάνι. Για να φτάσετε στο σπίτι ανεβαίνετε λίγες σκάλες! Απόσταση σπιτιού από το κέντρο και το λιμάνι Ευδήλου 500 μέτρα!!
