Holiday rentals with beach access in Agios Nikolaos

the apartment was beautiful,just like in the photos.. there were fruits raki and other things for welcome kitchen was fully equipped and the view is amazing.. we'll definitely choose it again!

The host was very friendly and kind. He gave clear instructions and showed understanding when we asked to leave the room a little later!! He helped us with everything we needed.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location, close to the sea and city center. Louizos was very friendly and communicative.

We had an amazing time at Alexandera's place! The apartment one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen, it's super comfortable and homey, and Alexandra is a kind host! we will definitely come back is we have a chance, thank you so much Alexandra!

Mairi’s apartment has been amazing and easily the best holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment itself is huge and incredibly well stocked. It has felt like being at home. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are really comfortable. The lounge and first bedroom both connect to the huge balcony which overlooks the harbour and beach. The apartment was very clean and there was lots of spare bedding. The air conditioning in every room was very much appreciated. George was very responsive and helped whenever we needed him, including when we needed to extend our check-out time. The location of the apartment was perfect - with supermarkets, cafes and shops just a few feet away and the town center only a 5-minute walk. The marina feels more “local” than the more touristy area around the lake, which I liked. Overall I cannot fault Mairi’s apartment and the service we received. It’s been a wonderful holiday and we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice accommodation! The interior of the house was very cozy and very cool for the heat of the season. The yard is very boho and perfect for hanging out with friends in a very quiet neighborhood and if you miss something you can walk 20-30m just across the street where there is a Supermarket (Sklavenitis). Although the house already had what it needed from basic necessities. We did not have time to enjoy all the comforts of the house as we only stayed 4 nights and the only thing that made it difficult for us was the otherwise very nice bed on the floor due to the fact that my wife was pregnant. We would definitely choose the accommodation again for family holidays in the future!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The neighbors also welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. In the morning, we were able to enjoy our coffee directly by the sea, which is just across the street. The next largest city is within easy walking distance. The tavern next door is also very tasty and recommended. Likewise, the small bar opposite, great atmosphere right by the sea. Communication with Katerina was very good. Quick and helpful response. We thank you for a great time and will be happy to come back.

We had the best time staying at the apartment. We were two adults and a child and it was perfect for us. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and the apartment is even bigger than I expected. Especially the beautiful patio. The small kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. One can hear the road, so just bring your earplugs if you think it may bother you. There are mosquitoes nets and shades/curtains on all the windows which allowed us to keep them open at nights and sleep longer in the mornings. Other than the apartment itself, Pinelopi is the best host I have ever met on Airbnb. She took care of everything we needed, even before we asked. We felt right at home with her and we're very sad when it was time to go. We will always be happy to come and stay here again!

Angelika and her beautiful dog Coco welcome us like friends. Bottle of delicious wine in the fridge, roasted almonds and fruit. The view from every corner of the house is truly magnificent ! Sitting on the deck we could spend hours watching the beauty of the sea, the mountains and its goats, the cliffs, the olive groves dotted with wild flowers and the peaceful village of Mokhlos. Which is a real hidden gem. The house is perfect, with good quality beds and linen, very clean and well equipped kitchen. The road, although steep, only 4 minutes to the village, presented no problem whatsoever for our little normal rental car. Beautiful walk from the house to an spectacular point above the bay with views all along the coast line to Agios Nikolaos. Thank you Angelika and Coco, we hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation! The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace with its stunning sea view – the perfect spot to start or end the day. The location is also excellent, with many lovely restaurants within walking distance, which we truly appreciated. It was also a great base for exploring the area by car. The designated parking spot is about 200–300 meters away – during our stay, there was always something available, so it worked out just fine. All in all, a wonderful place that we would happily recommend!

Thanks to Dimitri's helpful tips and advice, we were able to enjoy our 10 days of vacation. The small apartment had everything for a nice stay. We really liked the very quiet environment and the proximity to your own beach and garden. Dimitris has supported us very well in all matters. We were very happy about the gifts we received.

We greatly enjoyed our accommodation during these few days! The accommodation is clean, functional, very well equipped and the host is very responsive. What can you say about the two beautiful exteriors! The large roof terrace for resting in the shade in complete privacy with sea views. The small terrace in front of the house is incredible, with your feet in the water. The house is very well located, a few meters from the city center and the bar next door is a real asset for a drink or a meal from our own terrace. A little gem, just like the town of Mochlos.

We had a great stay and the accommodation was superbly equipped for the shortness of our stay. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and super clean. The veranda and the view are a great highlight. The only downside: the busy road directly in front of the house. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy. Otherwise, our hostess was very friendly and helpful. little corner of paradise with breathtaking views, even better than in photos. Charming little house perched on the mountain. Charming decor. The essentials of comfort are here! Ideal for lovers of a quiet and unique corner. Access via a narrow and stony track.(Access to paradise is earned!) Very warm welcome with an excellent homemade meal. Too bad we had 2 days of bad weather, (hot tub out of service) we would have brushed with absolute perfection!!

Beautiful place! It looks even nicer in real life than in the photos! Great location, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Diana was very friendly and helpful. In general I would go back with no hesitation!

Iannis and his mother welcomed us kindly and gave us fruit and vegetables. Olive oil was also available. The location was good for exploring the great bay around the Lasithi area by car. We would definitely come back.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until the night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had breakfast comfortably on the balcony.

I'll make it short and sweet. ;-) Top location on the slope over fantastic coves. Someone contacted us 2 days in advance and received us very nicely, courteously and helpful. Easy in English. The apartment is in the eastern part on the north side. From there you can reach almost all points of the eastern island half in about 1 hour. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to 3 different coves (sturdy shoes). From tourism bay with cocktail bar, to lonely wild bay. The crystal clear water is truly dreamlike. We always had a free parking space at the apartment. You have to carry the suitcases up a few stairs. But arrived in the apartment, you will be rewarded with a very clean, quite newly renovated and well air-conditioned maisionette with breathtaking views. For self-catering, everything important is available. Markets are close. The photos are actually from 2 apartments next to each other. But these are almost identical. Everything great!

An absolutely amazing spot in Agios Nikolaos! A spectacular balcony to relax on and take in the Mediterranean views. (Also came in handy to dry my clothes - drying rack provided - after using the washing machine.) Totally walkable to all bakeries, restaurants, shops and “the Lake.” A two minute walk from a larger grocery store which was clutch for grabbing food and some beer & wine for the balcony. A five minute walk to a local swimming dock & beach club. Emma & her mother were great hostesses! Her mother checked me into apartment and showed me all the ins & outs of the space. A complimentary bottle of wine & homemade raki greeted you in the perfect size kitchen. Even flowering vines fragrantly welcomed you home after dinner. Might be my favorite Airbnb of all time! Just a wonderful stay…and for an incredible price! Value at its best. Would live there if I could.
