A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

Your Summer Dream

An ideal spot for individuals seeking peace and quiet close to the nature and for adventurers that want to explore central and east Crete. The villa occupies 95 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (400m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 5 minute car drive away. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

Yaya's cozy House with Herb Garden

Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.

Salty Sea Luxury Suite 2

Salty Sea Luxury Suite 2 is located in front of the beach of Kitroplateia. With minimal decoration, it accommodates up to 4 people in a bedroom with a double bed and stunning sea views and in a semi-autonomous space with 2 single beds, with high quality linen, mattresses and pillows. It has 1 bathroom and a WC with luxurious toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a living room, a private terrace overlooking the sea and a comfortable furnished courtyard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A beachfront holiday studio in a new villa complex with a shared swimming pool. Includes 1 bedroom, bathroom, external kitchen, spacious private balcony with stunning sea view, shaded by a pergola, and surrounded by a garden. An additional huge beach deck with pergola, located right down by the beach. The apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small family, groups of friends combined the attached apartment. WiFi & AC.

M&E house : city center private parking

New house in the center of Agios Nikolaos. Spacious for 3 people, with all the amenities for a memorable stay. Agios Nikolaos Square is a 2-minute walk and the beach is 1 minute away. Next to the house there is an organized parking lot where you can park at a small cost. The house consists of the main room that includes the kitchen and the living room with a sofa that becomes a bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a baby crib if needed.

VILLA SPILIO is a stone house built on a small cape. From every part of the house the guest can enjoy the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. It has a large bed and a sofa bed and all the necessary household appliances. Outside, there is a large courtyard with trees and lots of flowers. Finally, the guest can enjoy swimming in the sea in peace since they have private access to the sea and relax on the sun loungers that the accommodation has.
