Η Villa Erifili εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο είναι το ευρύχωρο καθιστικό, η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. The house is located at the highest point of Agios Vlasios, with a wide unobstructed view of the Pagasetic Gulf. It is 60 meters (via footpath) from the provincial road. It is a traditional stone structure, two-storey, 100 sqm (50 + 50) and completely renovated in 2018. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, connected via internal staircase.
