A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

The house, at the end of a private driveway of 150 m, is 1 km from Lake Escourou, ideal for walking, and 2 km from the bastide of Eymet, with shops and many restaurants.

INDIVIDUAL cottage of 120 m² between Marmande and Bergerac, come and spend a quiet holiday in this large farmhouse "Gîte Vicasse in La Sauvetat du Dropt". The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

Nice little apartment of about 60 m2, located on the 1st floor in a building in the city center of Eymet. Close to all shops (bar, restaurant, bakery, etc.). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, it includes a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a large living room with equipped kitchen and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for a second bed. Self check-in or hand delivery of keys.
