Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Agnes Water

Had a really good stay. No complaints was a nice tidy house to get home to after a day on the water with good facilities.

Wonderful location and so many places to chill out, perfect for a few families!

Cozy and comfortable! We were lucky to be able to book it on short notice and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to a sweet little downtown and of course the beaches.

They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the start. Communication was fast and easy, and they provided great local recommendations that made my trip even better.

Joanna and Anita made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Lady Agnes is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The home offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the beach, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals throughout the day. As a family of five, we found the main lounge area a bit limited - we couldn’t all fit onto the couch, the additional chairs weren’t very comfortable for movie nights. Also, the path leading from the beach access stairs could use some maintenance. It’s quite rocky, and the area is covered in spiky weeds that stick to everything and can be painful if stepped on. Overall, it’s the perfect house to relax, unwind, and surf your heart out from morning till night. We will be back for sure and thanks for having us 🫶

James is a great host, we loved the house it was everything we hoped for quiet, roomy, clean and beautiful views of the water at 1770. We are very happy that we stayed here and will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at Whale Song. It’s a beautiful cozy home walking distance to the beach and shops. Great for a family group with lots of space! We would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The house was large, comfy, with a spacious kitchen. The views were beautiful. Just loved every aspect ..we will be back!

We were very impressed with the home with quality cutlery, dinner ware n all the appliances, top quality. Beds were lovely and sparkling clean, just a brilliant place to spend our time in Agnes Waters. Top recommendation to anyone!

Carl is a fantastic host , he's got a lot of knowledge of the area , especially if you're a surfer cheers mate 😁🤙plus I had a small car problem and he was right there to help me out. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely stay here again.

On arrival to Adam’s place I was extremely impressed by the openness and cleanliness of the apartment, even tho there are many units surrounding we still felt like our privacy wasn’t compromised. The pool area and surrounding gardens and amenities are very well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze with their online check in procedure,all we had to do was get the key. Thankyou and credits to all for a great and peaceful getaway.

Malo is a lovely apartment in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive to all that Agnes Water/1770 has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and Jasmin is great to communicate with. We especially appreciated having undercover parking and handy lift access. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, quiet and private accommodation, then this is for you. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisa’s apartment. It was clean and spacious with walking access to the main beach and a sprawling balcony which we loved with ocean views and plenty of sunlight. Check in was a breeze with easy parking and a handy pool. It was perfect for our Agnes Water surfing trip and only a short drive to restaurants and cafes.

Easy stay, Lucas and his partner were really responsive and helpful. Just didn’t realise we wouldn’t have towels when listed as no linen.

Amazing. Would definitely stay there again. Wish we had more places like this ♥️

Wonderful birthday stay - so peaceful - great pool for the littlies. I love being able to leave car in and walk to beach and shops :) The restaurant on site is so lovely - even though they were super busy they could fit us in! Will definitely be back to this place again and the staff on check in at Sandcastles are great! 5 stars!

Comfortable, clean accommodation in an excellent location. Short walk to the beach or to shops and restaurants in Agnes Water and opposite a lovely large pool complex. A very enjoyable stay, we would like to return one day.

A top spot in the best location. The beach house felt like a home away from home. Great facility’s and as close as it gets to the beach and surf breaks. We will only be staying here from now on for our Agnes trips!
