Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

Breakfast (included in the nightly price) will be offered either in the studio or on the private terrace reserved for rent with a superb view. 41 m2 studio integrated into a house with independent access. It is located in the center of a typical Périgord village. Quiet place 10 min from Périgueux and all its activities, 5 min from Cornille Aventure but also 20 min from Brantôme, Saint Jean de Côle, the Château d'Excideuil and the prehistoric cave of Villars. Renovated in 2024 with care by Karine and Driss, this place is ideal for a weekend getaway.

Little barn in the heart of Périgord noir Dordogne

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
