The area of the house is 65sq.m. on 2.5 acres of plot. The location is ideal for hiking, biking and other nature activities. Within walking distance, except the Samaria Gorge, is the gorge of Agia Irini, the mountaineering retreat of Kallergi, the Botanical Park and the E4 path.
