We had a fantastic family vacation, the apartment is in very good condition, has new TV with access to all platforms and a huge terrace perfect for eating and even sunbathing. It has incredible views, and is a 3-minute walk from the beach. It has a communal pool with a fairly quiet garden, especially in the mornings. We loved the location, there are many bars, ice cream parlors and pubs. Supermarkets are a little further, but by car you can reach in 5/10 minutes. In addition, Ramón has been super helpful at all times, trying to help as much as possible. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner or fan in the small bedroom, when it's embarrassing it's complicated to sleep, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in, the whole family loved it. Because it is located in the center, there is a lot to do in the surroundings, everything was impeccable and very comfortable for us, who are four. The fact that it has a terrace gives it an excellent additional plus, we have even dedicated a fragment of our YouTube video to Almería (cuatropasajeros channel) because we really loved the place.

From start to finish our stay here was perfect. Our host Carlos was always very quick to answer any questions and Carmen who met us at the property was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The house had everything we needed and is a beautiful home for our family and 2 dogs. The pool was available to use, and its is just a moment walk to the beach and several beach front bars. We have travelled around Spain a lot and always use AirBnB´s. This is one of the best we have booked! We would definitely return here if we visited the area again. Thanks again to Carlos and Carmen for beings so welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The house is great. The photos don't do justice, the house is much better than it looks on the web. We were very comfortable and if we find ourselves in the area we do not hesitate to repeat

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

The place is fantastic, a very quiet area, but 15 min walk you have a vibe if you want. The development is fantastic with a very large pool and lots of grass and umbrellas. The apartment is spectacular, very well equipped, we only had a problem with the sheets and the beds, which we solve with the goodwill of both parties. The garage is phenomenal even if out there is no problem with parking either. We hope to come back another year.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Gracia and her son after driving from the airport. Lovely apartment with wi-fi. Underground parking available but we always parked on the road near the entrance. Nice view of pool area from the balcony. The apartment is as shown in the listing photos. The building and pool area is well maintained. Always hot water available and the washing machine was useful. Around a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and another 5 minutes to the sea front. There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

our staying it was wonderful! the apartment was very clean, a lot of light with all the necessary. the apartment is 6 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants around. the host is very helpful, we had an issue with the keys, definitely our fault, it was quite late but she came to help us! sorry again for that! Super recommended!
