Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from downtown Joinville/SC, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area. *Breakfast included for reservations made as of 12/08/2025.

In front of the house there is an incredible dam that provides a wonderful sound of falling water. From the deck you will have a view from the top of the mountain. Everything was built with great affection by the hosts themselves. Equipped kitchen, orthopedic mattress, gas shower, heating, smart TV, Wi-Fi.

The convenience contains basic kitchen utensils, bed linen, pillows and some blankets. Bring towels (for use in the pool) and food for your own consumption. Attached space with barbecue, wood-burning stove and whirlpool.
