Everything was nice and cozy

It was an incredible experience. The cottage we stayed in had all the amenities. The hosts are excellent people, they have been super kind and attentive at all times. His house is a beautiful place where you can breathe peace and tranquility, which is what we were looking for, a paradise! Everything was super clean and with everything we could need. We will definitely visit this beautiful villa again and this couple of hosts, Ágnel and Divina, and their dog Jasper🥰

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We were a long bridge four marriages with small children and we had a great time. The house is just as shown in the photos. The pool, wonderful children's area and the soccer field played a lot of play for all the kids. The spacious rooms, with soft and clean linens. The house is in the countryside of Lorca but 10 minutes from the city, which offers you many plans, and half an hour from the beach. The best, the service of the hosts. Everything was easy before arrival and once there they were very pending. Thank you!

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. The accommodation was perfect for spending a few days near the coast, without the hassle of traffic and people that usually are on the beachfront. The residential area was very quiet, and we were able to rest well at night. In mid-June, the pool was usually empty, or with very few people, so we also took advantage of it a lot in the afternoons. We were able to park at the same door every day, and in some areas there were trees with shade to leave the car. The terrace is small, but enough to sit down for breakfast or dinner quietly. As the apartment is small, the air conditioning cools it very quickly. But without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the communication with the host (Tais), who also left us several treats in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you very much! 😊

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate housing estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point for visiting Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

We loved staying at this place. The apartment was impeccable, very well decorated and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation. In addition, the host was very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and gave us good local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

The apartment is as Gabriel describes it. There were 4 of us (family) and two medium-sized dogs. Perfect, bright, ventilated and spacious, clean and with the amenities described in the ad. I would repeat. There is also a pool all year round... excellent for those who don't like the beach 🏖️ haha

A lovely house overlooking the sea, an amazing view! Simone and Martin had everything ready for our arrival: beds ready, cold drinks, bread butter and jam for breakfast the next day… they are adorable! The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and the pool is great. In short, everything was perfect! The only "downside" is not because of our hosts: the pretty little beach nearby is not always respected as much as it should be by some residents.

Irene's house is just like the photos, it is located in a spectacular place, close to beautiful natural coves and also a beach accessible and with amenities. Irene reached out to us from the start and answer all our questions. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!!

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.
