The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

Casa Amma, a Villa de Agüimes.

A newly restored 17th century Canarian house in the historic center of the Villa de Agüimes. A very quiet, charming and traditional area. Surrounded by all the services, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful town. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Cooking Bathroom A semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower, and relaxation area. All on one floor, no stairs. The car goes up to the door of the house. Close to the beach, airport, and mall.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

It is just 8 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the island's emblematic sites. To the north, we find the kilometer-long Las Canteras beach and to the south, the impressive Maspalomas Dunes. And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Lovingly restored Canarian country house

Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.

Great townhouse in a very quiet place where you can get to know the island of Gran Canaria. Ideal for cyclists and hikers and for any family. It is very close to the airport, just 15 minutes away. From here you can visit the famous Maspalomas Dunes or Las Canteras Beach. Near the house you will find pharmacies, supermarkets open every day and numerous bars where you can taste Canarian food. Definitely a place with a lot of charm.

Apartment Cardón on Finca Falcon Cresta

The Cardón apartments are our largest apartment with a size of 77 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom. There is also a living-dining room with integrated, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace with direct access to the courtyard of the manor house. The large saltwater pool in the courtyard with great views is accessible to all guests.
