Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

Maria de Montes Claros, in a private villa

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Villa Luna is enclosed in a beautiful private housing development called Playa Bastian, with several swimming pools, in a very quiet and privileged area of Costa Teguise. It is located at 50 meters from one of the beaches of the promenade. On walking distance to other beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the village’s centre (Pueblo Marinero). Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Beautiful newly renovated studio in Costa Teguise, located in the Playa Roca complex, directly on the marvelous pedestrian promenade which can be accessed through a private gate and leads to Playa Bastian in less than five minutes. The studio has a double bed, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has common areas such as a swimming pool with sun beds, green areas and a poolside bar, there is a convenient parking area in front of the building.

Beautiful completely new and independent loft 400m from the best beach in Costa Teguise and just a few minutes from the main area of restaurants, shops and promenade. It has a double bed, living room, equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Independent and easily accessible entrance. Crib on request. Easy street parking. The apartment is south facing and gives you sun all day long, very bright with windows in every bedroom and bathroom. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and on Wednesdays and Fridays 20 minutes walk they put a flea market in the Pueblo Marinero.
