Sena hanım çok kibar ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi, her zaman sorularımıza hızlı ve nazik şekilde dönüş yaptı. Giriş ve karşılama ve çıkış dahil tüm süreç boyunca çok keyif aldık. Evdeki olanaklar ilanda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Havuzun ısıtmalı olması başta ihtiyac duymayacağımız bir detay gibiyken konaklama esnasında bize ekstra konfor ve keyif sundu. Evin bahçe tasarımı ve ışıklandırması harika. Tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Serkan bey, iletişime açık ve çok yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Konaklamamız süresince, her ihtiyacımızda yardım ve önerilerini sundu. Ev, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, güzel planlanmış ve evinizde hissetme imkanı sağlayan bir evdi. Bahçe zevkle tasarlanmış ve salıncaktan özellikle çok keyif aldık. Özellikle doğayı seven insanlara hitap edecek güzellikte yeşillikler arasında ve güzel manzaraya sahip bir konumda. Dinlendirici ve rahatlatıcı bir tatil oldu. Çok memnun kaldık. The stay was very comfortable, and the most distinctive thing about this place is the tranquility and the beautiful view that adds a special character to the experience. The owner of the house was helpful and cooperative, and he was always ready in case we needed anything, and we thank him for his hospitality. In general, it was a wonderful stay and we recommend this place for those looking for comfort and privacy in the middle of nature.

özden bey ve eşi çok kibar ve naziklerdi. İlgilerinden ve nezaketlerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bungalovun yeri ve içi harikaydı. Restoran ve kafelerin bulunduğu caddeye çok yakındı güzelce gezme fırsatını bulduk. Ev fotoğraflardan çok daha güzeldi tertemizdi ve her şey vardı. Harika bir tatil geçirdik.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

The place to stay, the man to know. Intending to visit his other locations. Great host and the location couldn’t be better! Though short, we felt right at home.

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

Ev temiz, kullanışlı ve yeterli eşyalarla doluydu. Havuz temiz ve güzeldi. Adem Bey ilgili, misafirperver bir ev sahibiydi. Ne zaman soru sorsak çok kısa sürede yanıt aldık. Güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

The Airbnb is in a great location! Fatih is a great host, who greeted us, arranged our transfers from the airport to the Airbnb, provided recommendations for restaurants and also helped us get around. Would defiantly stay here again.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Великолепный дом: красивый, со всеми нужным вещами, вдали от суетливых улиц. Очень удобная планировка. Хозяйки прислали рекомендации по острову и были на связи по любым вопросам. Мы чувствовали себя лучше чем дома

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. apartamento limpio y concidía totalmente con las fotos mostradas. Muy cerca de Mezquita azul y Santa Sofía. Rojhat fue muy amable y nos recibió aunque llegamos muy tarde por la noche. Todo genial. Volveremos

Ensar beye çok teşekkür ederiz çok güzel bir tatildi. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Ensar bey elinden gelenin fazlasını sunmak için uğraştı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tekrar 2-3 günlük kaçamak yapmak istesek kesinlikle gelmeyi düşünürüz gelicek olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ev tertemiz nevresimler sabun kokuyordu. Havuz sıcacıktı . Gönül rahatlığı ile gidebilirsiniz .

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!
