Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.
