Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (CityCenter mit REWE, Bäcker, Apotheke etc.), Solarium, italienische Restaurants und Eisdielen sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Auch das Erlebnisbad „Titania“ mit großer Saunalandschaft befindet sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wie auch Augsburg/Zentrum.

Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
