A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

At an altitude of about 600 meters, at the end of a sack road, surrounded by nature, you will find our cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station,... In our fast-paced time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage (Nähe KF Uni, studentenviertel, Stadtpark) ist sie sehr ruhig. Große allein benutze Terasse mit Sonnenschirm! Es handelt sich um eine sonnige 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Wohn-/Esszimmer (inkl Schlafcouch), einer kl. Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein Schlafzimmer mt Doppelbett.

Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
