Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 70 m² groß. Sie ist für bis zu 4 Personen, evtl. mit Kind, geeignet. Der Preis ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro extra. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 + 90x200 Bett. Weiter ist im Wohnraum eine ausklappbare Schlagcouch 180x200 cm. Der Wohnraum mit einer reichlich ausgestatteten Küche und mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, einem Kaminofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet.
