Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
