Raumaufteilung & Ausstattung Die Wohnung verfügt über 1,5 Zimmer und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Die separate Küche und das Bad sind ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen.

Sie erwartet ein geräumiges Appartement im Tiefparterre. Sehr ruhig gelegen nähe S-Bahn (10 min zu Fuß). Von hier erreichen sie die Stuttgarter Innenstadt, das Messegelände und den Flughafen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem hellen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, Couch und einem Fernseher. Es hat eine kleine Küche im Eingangsbereich und ein eigenes Bad. Vom Wohnraum kommen sie auf eine eigene kleine Terrasse im Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen Parkplatz.
