The train station is 1.5km away, the city center with its shops and restaurants 1km away. In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Its terrace is independent , so we don't have to meet . There is just a connecting door with my living room (of course locked) . It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
