Le logement de Salvatore est charmant et bien situé. Salvatore est un hôte très réactif et facile de communication. Il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps que prévu dans le logement.

Vraiment rien à dire, hôte très accueillante, gentille et qui n'hésite pas à partager des informations afin de profiter au maximum de la ville d'Annecy, des activités, restaurants...etc. L'appartement était très propre, très calme et on dispose de tout le nécessaire. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

nous avons passé le week end de l' ascencion sous le soleil face au Mont Blanc , le chalet est dans un quartier très calme avec une vue splendide .Il est très fonctionnel avec une déco typique savoyarde. Merci à Théo pour la qualité apporté à ce logement .Nous reviendrons volontiers .

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Nous avons été reçus avec une grande gentillesse par Isabelle, souriante, bienveillante avec de petites attentions touchantes. De très bons conseils sur les endroits à découvrir.Le logement est au top ! chaleureux, très propre, avec une vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse.Un merveilleux week-end.Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Thierry à Annecy. Le logement est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la gare et de la vieille ville. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé, parfait pour le week-end. Thierry a été très réactif, accueillant et arrangeant. Bref, c’était parfait ! Seul point d’attention : l’appartement est au 4e étage sans ascenseur et les escaliers sont assez raides.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Great place to stop for the night on our way back from Italy to the UK. Very convenient as not far from the main route and easy & flexible check in. Despite being so convenient it was a very quiet location and the area had a lovely alpine feel with great view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace to have our dinner.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le bel appartement de Nina! Celui-ci est tout près du lac et à proximité de nombreux points d'activités très sympas (restaurants, bars, point de location de velos). L'appartement était parfaitement équipé et Nina et son partenaire ont été très accueillants, et réactifs par message, encore merci pour ce beau week-end! Julie

Michelle propose un logement très agréable à vivre, proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est bine décrit, petit mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Par beau temps, il faut profiter de la terrasse dmet du jardin bien ensoleillés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint-Jorioz et, bien que nous n'ayons passé rencontré nos hôtes, la communication à été claire et très cordiale. Michelle a proposé des jeux pour les enfants, des vélos pour les ballades et est très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Annecy est magnifique mais également tous les petits villages autour du lac. Nous conseillons particulièrement la plage/piscine de Saint Jorioz, accessible à pied!

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. Nichée au calme dans le petit hameau de St Martin qui domine la vallée du Chéran, la maison est très agréable à vivre. Cette ancienne ferme restaurée a gardé son authenticité tout en offrant un confort parfait. Le grand jardin offre une vue imprenable sur le vaste paysage. La région est préservée, entourée de fermes qui produisent de très bons produits à découvrir. À quelques km, au village de Lescheraines , vous trouverez tout ce qu’il faut. Très bon séjour donc chez Yves et Aline qui nous ont très bien accueillis.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Le séjour au gîte des 5 éléments a été une grande réussite . Gilles est un hôte accueillant, réactif qui nous a grandement arrangé pour qu’on puisse vivre un séjour de qualité ! Imaginez la maison de vacances parfaite au bord d’un lac : Un lieu qui procure immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être – aménagé avec amour, une touche de légèreté méditerranéenne et des détails chaleureux qui parlent d’hospitalité. L’équipement ne laisse aucun souhait inassouvi, allant de petits instants de luxe à tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin. Nos enfants ont eu d’innombrables possibilités de jouer dans le jardin et au bord de l’eau – l’ennui n’existait pas ici. Le soir, assis sur la terrasse, regarder le soleil se coucher sur le lac pendant qu’un rire discret résonne quelque part – nous avons rarement respiré aussi profondément qu’ici. Ce furent nos plus belles vacances. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir.
