The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

After walking through Rue Saint Georges, and climbing more than 150 steps, you will stay quietly, in the heart of a garden. Restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Our beautiful independent studio of 25m2, with 180° views of the city, allows you to spend a comfortable stay with its fitted kitchen and its old cast iron bathtub. ⚠️ lots of stairs and no wifi

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Cool temperature in the accommodation during hot weather. Direct access to Brison-St Innocent beach - 200 m walk and many activities nearby summer and winter. Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people

This spacious and comfortable 65 m2 apartment located in the heart of the old town of Annecy consists of a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a living room with two sofa beds (160 × 200 and 90 x 190 for children only), a large kitchen with bay window offering stunning views of Place Sainte Claire. You will also have a large walk-in shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities. You will have a parking space in the condominium's underground parking lot.
