I cannot say enough kind things about Susie’s place and Susie herself 😊 We reserved this space for my mom for the week, and Susie was extremely responsive, kind and clear in her communication, and the room was all she promised. Susie is so friendly and caring, and made sure everything was ready for my mom’s arrival and stay. The house and room were exceptionally clean, in a great neighborhood, and so well priced for what is provided. The room itself has a private bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, water kettle, comfy bed, and great amenities for a rented room. Gorgeously decorated and it’s own AC unit 👍 Thank you, Susie, for an awesome place to stay and for being such a sweet host! Highly recommend if you need a clean, quiet, affordable room in the Springs!

Cheryl’s place was nice and cozy. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoy our stay. Cheryl is very friendly and nice. It was raining and we wanted to go for a walk and she let us borrow some umbrellas. Dogs were very quite especially at night. Love our stay.

My fiancé and I came to visit family here in Pueblo but decided to get a place in the springs so we could venture out and do more together. Luckily our hosts, Kimberli and Joseph set us up with the perfect little getaway spot! It was a few miles off the main interstate. It was super easy to get to and pretty close to garden of the gods, which is a must see if you’re a visitor here! We did have to go thru the house to get to the retreat, which was a new experience for us, but Kimberli and Joseph were really sweet and welcomed us without hesitation! Would definitely recommend this spot, it was more than we could ask for!

We were here for a wedding at Palmer Lake. This was only 10 minutes from the venue. Also conveniently located to our family and activities in Colorado Springs. This was the CLEANEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Our host purchased a new pack n play to accommodate our granddaughter. She also offered to purchase a stroller. She was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi. The only real issue was that there was a burned out light in the primary water closet and one that flickered in the kitchen. And housekeeping neglected to leave extra paper products for us so we had to purchase them. Minor inconveniences. Overall this was an excellent property and I would stay here again for sure.
