Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

Le recensioni dei nostri ospiti sono la migliore presentazione della casa Piazza Duomo con la Cattedrale di Sant'Agata, la Pescheria, Castello Ursino, Monastero dei Benedettini, ristoranti, negozi e vivace vita notturna intorno a voi, a circa 300 metri. You will find yourself in a 19th-century house that has been recently renovated with a modern interior design, while still respecting the historical integrity of the spaces. If you are coming by car, there is a parking space available not far from the apartment. Just be mindful of one detail: to get there, you'll have to pass through a narrow passage that is 2 meters and 20 centimeters wide. Make sure your car can fit through. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.

Affitto villa Anna tra aloe e limoni a 200mt. dal mare. A disposizione Lavatrice, Televisore, Congelatore, Ferro da stiro. Ampi terrazzi dove prendere il sole con vista sul mare. Docce anche sui terrazzi, giardino con ortaggi ecologici. E' indispensabile l'uso della macchina. Comodi parcheggi a disposizione. La casa è disponibile sia per 14 persone , che da due persone in poi viene adattata in base esigenze. Collegamento internet. la tassa di soggiorno è di 2 euro a persona al giorno.
