A big thank you to Puce for this short stay at Villa Carlota. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday break: location 3 minutes from the lake and the beach, easy to find parking space, extremely well-equipped (I have rarely seen an Airbnb so well-equipped), clean and beautifully decorated, cool despite the heat, separate bedroom, large outdoor courtyard allowing you to eat outside thanks to a superb parasol... in short, nothing to complain about, it was perfect! Thanks again for the nice touches when I arrived. I hope I'll have the chance to come back!

The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...
