Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

16 km from Lake Annecy and 30 km from Lake Bourget (Aix-les-Bains), our chalet is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, hiking, swimming and paragliding are available to you (landing 1 km from the chalet). In winter, enjoy the joys of the snow with several ski resorts: Semnoz (15 min), Aillons Margeriaz (40 min), Revard plateau (cross-country skiing). Bus Line (Sibra): Line S6 to go up to Semnoz, Line 41 to go down to Annecy

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.
