Holiday rentals with a patio in Aizenay

We had a great time at Lucie's place! It's very well furnished and very clean:) it's close to everything we had the sea a few steps away as well as the city center

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Yves was a very good host, check-in and check-out was very good and flexible, the very clean accommodation matches the photos, bright and functional. 15-20 min from the beach, everything is within walking distance, and very quiet street, no complaints. Great stay for us :)

Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Very nice accommodation, well designed, nice space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Perhaps provide additional concerted availability, a little tight in inclement weather. Each room with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

We had a lovely stay at this place. A peaceful and pleasant place furnished with taste. Everything is there to spend comfortable moments. A nice advantage regarding its proximity to the Puy du Fou that we were able to visit on these 3 days.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eric and Valerie's place. The neighborhood is great, well located and the accommodation is really nice, especially the terrace. Parking is easy, which is also very convenient when you have small children. Eric and Valerie are very nice and welcoming. I would recommend it 100%.

Stéphane is a very responsive host, the house matches the description perfectly. Everything is perfectly clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated! We had a great weekend with the family! Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Nice place in a beautiful place. We had a pleasant stay with a nice walk and a beautiful beach nearby.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️
