Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

Our casita is located in the beautiful and historical Coyoacan. Home to the greatest artists, Coyoacan is safe, quiet and perfect for walking and biking. Our house is very close to delicious restaurants, fun bars, markets, parks, subway stations and the famous Frida Kahlo museum. The neighborhood is full of Mexican art and culture and the house is cozy and lovely! Our casita is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and well behaved furry friends (pets).

Beautiful, tranquil, basement floor apartment with private terrace, great internet conection (100 gigabytes upload and download), 24 hour security, located in the heart of historic Coyoacan -a safe, quiet neighborhood- and within easy walking distance to restaurants, museums (la Casa Azul de Frida Kahlo), cultural places, markets, and public transportation. Just two blocks from downtown Coyoacan! Relax at the garden or enjoy the turistic offerings that this lovely neighborhood has to offer!

Apartment near UNAM and Estadio Azteca.

A spacious apartment with areas full of light and natural ventilation. It is a space designed for 3 guests (maximum). If you are a university student, come to the Azteca stadium, or take a sightseeing tour of the Coyoacán area, this is the place for you. Close to CU, hospital area and southern universities. Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

It is close to Estadio Azteca/Banorte—about 10 minutes by car (depending on traffic), 20 minutes by public transportation, and 30–40 minutes walking. Nearby are the metro stations Copilco and Taxqueña. Also close by are Centro de Coyoacán, Zócalo, Xochimilco, Six Flags, zona de hospitales, CU/UNAM, Kidzania, shopping centers, markets, and parks. The apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator.
