Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

In the center of Coyoacán, on the corner of the Market, in front of the Jardín del Arte, 2 blocks from the Frida Kahlo Museum, and a few steps from the central square, with its restaurants, bars and crafts, there is a corner of traditional Mexico with all the comforts of a new apartment, which takes you to live a magical Mexican experience. Ideal for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 minors. The Condominium has security personnel, and it also has 2 terraces for a unique experience.

A spacious apartment with areas full of light and natural ventilation. It is a space designed for 3 guests (maximum). If you are a university student, come to the Azteca stadium, or take a sightseeing tour of the Coyoacán area, this is the place for you. Close to CU, hospital area and southern universities. Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.
