Cozy Rooftop Retreat in Coyoacan

Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

José Clemente Orozco House Coyoacán

Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a terrace. It has a big and beautiful garden and a work space with its own terrace too. The garden is shared by 2 houses.

Apartment near UNAM and Estadio Azteca.

A spacious apartment with areas full of light and natural ventilation. It is a space designed for 3 guests (maximum). If you are a university student, come to the Azteca stadium, or take a sightseeing tour of the Coyoacán area, this is the place for you. Close to CU, hospital area and southern universities. Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

Welcome to Coyoacán! Great 120 m2 loft located just a 5-minute walk from downtown Coyoacán. The loft is located on the third floor of Casa Mavi, an old factory that was remodeled to create a place full of charm that makes it unique. It has shared terraces. It is close to Estadio Azteca/Banorte—about 10 minutes by car (depending on traffic), 20 minutes by public transportation, and 30–40 minutes walking. Nearby are the metro stations Copilco and Taxqueña. Also close by are Centro de Coyoacán, Zócalo, Xochimilco, Six Flags, zona de hospitales, CU/UNAM, Kidzania, shopping centers, markets, and parks. The apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator.
