Holiday rentals with beach access in Akyaka

We were only able to stay in Fethiye for 2 nights but the apartment served us well, great location right on the water. Paid public parking is available just a hundred meters away, was easy to get to. No complaints, would stay there again!

Beautiful garden with lots of seating. And we had a fantastic roof terrace at our apartment. An oasis of peace in the old city.

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

We were completely happy with the place! Everything was super clean, the location is central and the communication went smoothly and friendly. We felt very comfortable – absolute recommendation! 🤗

Our stay with Panagiotis was fabulous. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The location offered a less touristy feel, but was still very close to all of the main attractions. Communication was superb and instructions for check-in and location were very clear. The hosts were unbelievably helpful from an early check-in to storing our bags before our departure!! Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!!!!

George was amazing during my family's medical emergency crisis. Not only did he have an awesome apartment to rent but he truly cared and went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed during our crisis. The apartment is truly a gem. Everything was as described. We plan to visit again when we do not have any medical issue and totally enjoy the apartment and the area around the apartment. Excellent apartment and location.

A home we definitely want to be a guest again. We had an experience that exceeded our expectations. Everything was thought out in great detail and very clean. We didn't encounter any problems. Ms. Mine and Mr. Yaşar were very interested in everything. You can book with peace of mind

Cute little Airbnb. Was perfect for the two of us. The area was quiet and a short walking distance to the tourist areas. Loved the balcony and the upstairs terrace. It was nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon on the balcony. Nikolaos was very responsive during our stay and even booked a taxi for us to the airport for our return.

In short, everything was amazing. The place we stayed is very clean, close to everywhere and the mother and father of Ms. Büşra are very friendly people. They gave us nice advice about the activities we could do and their conversation was very nice too. Of course, we should not forget the cute cats:) It's definitely a place to come back again and again.

I can’t say enough great things about Angleos! He was super responsive and so so helpful. He also was very understanding. When our toilet paper ran out, he came and filled it right away as well as helping me to find a place to order food from late at night. For transportation, he gave me a great recommendation for a taxi service that brought us to and from the airport as well as all around the island. Thank you again so much Angleos. As for the house, it was PERFECT! The outside is beautiful with an amazing pool and plenty of seating everywhere. We had 7 people and slept very comfortably inside with more than enough space for everyone. 10/10 would recommend this home and coming to Rhodes!

It's a peaceful place near Akmak river. Boat river trips, Feed ducks and have nice coffee tea beside River. Good for couples and small families. Also buy fresh fish to cook. Great area to relax.

Mr. Ali was very polite and friendly. He returned the calls quickly. He was quickly solving the existing problems. The house was in a quiet and wooded area. The house and swimming pool were clean. It was great because it was a newly built house. Since the house was among the trees, the only problem was that the mosquitoes bothered us a little. We solved that problem with a mosquito repellent. We had a pleasant 3 nights. Thank you Mr. Ali for everything.

A great place to stay if you're planning to visit Rhodes. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the city. If you want to party, visit the old town or go to the beach, everything is easily accessible from the apartment. The apartment was great and we have no complaints. Would reccomend it 100%.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. We had a wonderful time at L&C apartments. The staff was super friendly, we had a room close to the garden where our child had lots of space to play. Zafeira even provided some toys of her own children. We made use of the kitchenette in our apartment, while enjoying the hotel and cleaning services. Perfect combination when travelling with a young child!

apartment was very nice. very easy to find. very close to old town which it is a must if you visit Rhodes also very close to the beach and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. thank you for the stay
