Family-friendly holiday rentals in Akyaka

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

4 gün kaldık kendi evimiz gibi rahat ve güvende hissettik old town yürüyerek 15-20 dakika yürüyerek gidiliyor. Evin konumu güvenilir ve temiz. It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, the garden was really lovely and the pool was suberb. The house is in quiet area, we loved the surrpundings but bare in mind a car is needed to visit the shops and restaurants. Maria and George were really friendly hosts 🙂

We were a group of 6 women, the villa was just perfect for us, it is in a secluded area and nice and quiet. The pool was amazing. It was perfect to have a washing machine. There were a few cats around and we found our favourite, a little white one who we named Lizzie. A walk to the shops/restaurants was about 15/20 minutes. They provided a contact for booking taxis which was invaluable. Rhodes old town is about 25 minutes in a taxi and well worth a visit. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Kayaköy’deki bu evde gerçekten rüya gibi bir tatil geçirdik. Ev hem çok temiz hem de tüm detaylarıyla fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Geniş bahçesi, harika havuzu ve akşamları barbekü keyfiyle tam anlamıyla dinlendiğimizi hissettik. Her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Sessiz, huzurlu bir ortamda hem doğayı hissettik hem de konforu yaşadık. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve nazikti, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Gönülden tavsiye ederiz, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz!

Das gut renovierte, traditionelle Steinhaus hat eine sehr angenehme, heimelige Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Kieselstein-Mosaikböden und die herrschaftliche Höhe der Räume mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung aus einem Mix von alt und modern. Bequeme Sitzmöbel und ein schattiger Freisitz mit Oasencharakter machten es schwer, das Anwesen für Exkursionen zu verlassen. Drei gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, der Strand und die Bushaltestelle nach Rhodos sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehenswert: die orthodoxe Kirche im Zentrum von Ialysos. Überall begegneten uns freundliche und zugewandte Menschen. Positiv viel uns auch die entspannte und umsichtige Fahrweise der Autofahrer auf (wir waren mit Rollstuhl unterwegs).

We had a great time staying at Claudia’s place! It has everything we needed for a short term stay, and was conveniently located close to the old town/ beach/ grocery stores/ cafes. Claudia was an excellent host, she was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

We loved our stay here! The hosts mother lives below the apartment and greeted us as we arrived, took us upstairs and showed us around. She was so sweet and helpful and would greet us whenever we walked by in the coming days. The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area. It’s two blocks from a grocery store, a ten minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk in the opposite direction from the old city. Would totally recommend.

Soggiorno piacevole, ottima posizione per chi come noi ha preso in noleggio una macchina per potersi muovere sull’isola. Vicina ai servizi principali tra cui il supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi oppure a 3 minuti in macchina e al mare della città raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10/15 minuti, la città di Rodi dista solamente 10 minuti di macchina. Il suo punto forte? Il balcone ottimo per chi come noi ama la tranquillità, stare e mangiare fuori d’estate (l’appartamento è lato strada ma posso assicurare che non si sente il minimo rumore!). Inoltre l’alloggio è dotato del condizionatore che nei giorni più caldi è un salva vita! Un altro punto a favore è il check-in/ check-out flessibile ottimo per chi come noi arriva troppo tardi o troppo presto, e host pro attivo e gentile. Per concludere è stato davvero un piacere alloggiare qui, sicuramente è un’esperienza da ripetere!

Absolutely perfect!!!! Stayed here for a few weeks with my sister and we had the most amazing time. The most perfect location on the cutest street, and the hosts are genuinely so sweet and hospitable. I work remotely and the wifi was fast, good even for video calls! 10/10

The apartment was big and cozy, the surroundings calm and quiet. The family was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, recommended!

Our host Mehmet and Ibrahim were great! I have 2 small kids, this place was amazing for families. They arranged my transfers from the airport and from this place to city center in Fethiye couple times. Every time we needed something done at the home, Ibrahim was very responsive and took care of it right away. It is walking distance to boardwalk, many restaurants/bars, groceries. It was super convenient to have a market and restaurant within the community! We loved the private beach for the community as well as all 7 bigger pools. The pool in the house was a salt water which was a winner for us! I recommend this place for anyone! It had everything my family and kids needed!

Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

Such a beautiful villa within walking distance to the old town! It was roughly 20-30 minutes to walk into the old town (this was with a disabled guest who couldn’t walk too fast). Nearby, there are some mini markets and also a swedish bakery! There is also a bus stop just across the road to get to Lindos (massively recommend visiting). Michail was very kind, communicative, and a fabulous host! He helped us with a late check-out which saved us a huge amount of trouble! The villa is on a main road so the traffic can be very loud, even at night, but for us this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is a little unusual where both bathrooms are in the same room, just separated by a glass door. This was easily overcome by just agreeing to always use the furthest away shower so that people could still use the toilet in the first part of the room. Not really an issue - just to be aware! Overall, a BEAUTIFUL villa and I fully recommend to anyone!

היה נפלא. בעלת הבית מאירת פנים. מענה מיידי לכל בקשה. קרוב למרכז ולבית חב״ד כ 7 דקות ברכב. מי שמתארח גם בשבת צריך לקחת בחשבון, הליכה לבית חב״ד כ 40 דקות וחזרה עם עליה גדולה. לא פשוט. מקום מדהים. מרווח. ברמה גבוהה

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in Villa Oliva, thank you! The villa was spacious with a lovely pool (and more terraces than we knew what to do with) and had everything we needed. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the beach was only a short walk away. We also enjoyed trips into Rhodes Town (about 15 mins away on the bus) and a boat trip to Symi.

The place was very well located, few meters away from the ocean , the view from the apartment is breathtaking, surrounded by nature. The apartment is really well designed, very clean and the swimming pool is just 3 steps down from the living room and kitchen’s door. The place is very quiet and safe, at the same time we were few meters away from the restaurants, from other shops. My family had the best holiday ever, the place was amazing and the city is beautiful. The only negative thing is that the taxi drivers try their best to take long routes for tourists to pay more , so we tried to use more uber , even uber we had some problem, keep your eye on the taxi meter, in 2 occasions ubers started the taxi meter before picking us up, so we asked to reset the taxi meter and when the uber stopped for us to get out he did not stopped the taxi meter and we had to ask him to stop and make sure he put the amount we spent in the uber in front of us.

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Engin Bey’in evinde konaklamak harikaydı. Çok güzel döşenmiş, her şey düşünülmüş, güzel bir taş ev. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bulduk. Temizlik konusunda evinizde gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Nusret Bey ve eşi her an ulaşabileceğiniz güler yüzlü, candan ve çok ilgili insanlar. Bahçe ve havuz çok güzel ve tertemiz. Fethiye’nin kalabalığı ve sıcağından uzak doğayla iç içe güzel bir mekan. Aracınızla Fethiye’nin güzel koylarına ulaşımınız oldukça kolay. Kayaköy’de huzurlu güzel bir tatil düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle Engin Bey’in evini tavsiye ederim.
