Cozy newly renovated cabin centrally located in Ål with living room, kitchen with dining room, bedroom, great bathroom with new shower cabin and toilet and loft with two beds. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and nice tableware, two hotplates and a new refrigerator. Outside there is a cozy space in the sun wall and you have access to a fire pit. Plenty of parking space. A hammock that you can hang up between the trees outside the cabin - for a relaxing afternoon nap, or a night under the open sky. Possible to rent bed linen.

THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the large family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing lake, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Here you have a peaceful place in the mountains, in the heart of Hemsedal's hiking paradise. The cabin has good facilities and is 70m2. The cabin is located by Kongevegen and is a good starting point for hiking and cycling. Many fishing opportunities nearby. A good starting point for car trips to Hallingdal, Valdres, and Sogn. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

If you fancy downhill skiing, within ten to sixty minutes drive you have access to Ål skicenter, Skarslia ski center, Geilo ski center, Hemsedal ski center, Skagahøgdi skicenter (Gol) and Hallingskarvet ski center. Cabin is rented out WITHOUT bedlinen and towels.

Located at 930 meters above sea level, the ski conditions are guaranteed in winter, but there are also plenty of activities and swimming opportunities in summer. Well suited for families with children of all ages. Winter road up to the cabin, and ski in ski out (cross-country skiing).
