In the spring of 2025, this apartment has received an extensive upgrade with a brand new tiled bathroom and new kitchen. The floors in the living room have been fitted with heating cables. The area offers various activities for all age groups, both summer and winter. Ski in/out at the cross-country ski trails. Short distance to hiking trails, biking and fishing experiences, disc golf, swimming. Pleasant patio with possibilities for fireplace and charcoal grill.

Cozy cabin newly renovated for rent. Plenty of space in the TV lounge and room for 8 people around the dining table in the dining room. Here is a wood-burning stove, open fireplace and heat pump. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom and laundry room. 3 separate bedrooms with 2 150 cm beds and 1 160 cm bed, respectively. Bunk bed in addition in the largest bedroom. (=8) Good patio and partially covered porch with gas grill and fire pit on the sun side. Firewood is included. Electric car charging for an additional fee. Access to the gap in the woods.

The cabin has a terrace with evening sun in the summer where you can enjoy the sunset and the view until the sun goes down. Ski in ski out with immediate proximity to the alpine resort, and prepared ski trails around Ustedalsfjorden. 5-10 minutes walk to Vestlia Resort with restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Cabin at 800 m.a.s.l. in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.
