The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We provided accommodation as my mother and my dog, the house was in a very large land, there were 2-3 dogs in the garden, but they did not approach the house and people, I chose a place with a garden, especially for my dog, we did not have any problems for him to travel comfortably, there is a small grocery store 5 minutes away from the house, there is a small grocery store 5 minutes away from the house, we did not have any problems with that, we preferred these places as a beach, kleopatra bay, the wheelchair beach lasts 15-20 minutes between the house and the house for 17 minutes, we provided easy transportation, there was a water problem when we went, but we were very satisfied with this situation, they always attracted water for the house, the house was very good, there were small missing items such as dishes, etc.

Zafar was amazingly responsive. The location was great and it was 2 minutes away from the city center.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was clean and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can reach many Beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to stay at Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that area. We would like to thank him. :)

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

The location was perfect. It's both in the center of Alaçatı and quiet. The house was spotless. The linens and towels smelled like detergent. The house met all our needs. We stayed with our dog and had no problems.

Leyla was a great host and her house was really nice. The house has several really pretty sitting areas inside and outside the house. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The AC worked very well. Leyla gave very good recommendations on where to go (a more private beach or a local restaurant). Loved my time there with my family.

The Airbnb house we stayed in Alaçatı was really great. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, helping us with everything. The accommodation was spotless, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed. In terms of location, it was in the best place to be found in Alaçatı; it was within walking distance of the bazaar, restaurants and cafes, we did not even need a car. This vacation as a family was absolutely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as linens, kitchen utensils were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It felt comfortable, fully lived up to the details we were looking for. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I may only have two minor suggestions: the first, one of the double beds was a bit worn and quite squeaky. This affected the comfort of the stay. Its renovation will increase the value given to the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have some small but much needed details in the kitchen, like a few packs of shaking tea, coffee, a small salt shaker. Such fine touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

Great place to stay in Alacati, easy to find, park and location is more than ideal, very close to the bazaar but without all the noise! Had all the amenities and the host was great with communication. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in Alacati! The pool was also a great bonus for us

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home.
