Beautiful Luxury Victorian near San Francisco, Beach, Oak

Bring the past back to life in this updated historical residence. The house features original architecture details, a neutral color scheme, contemporary and antique furnishings, contrasting textures and patterns, and an outdoor dining area. Parties are not allowed. This is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1908, with delightful vintage details throughout, and recently luxurious upgrades from top to bottom. It is decorated with French Country theme. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. House is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer. Guests will have access to the entire house and the garden. I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit. I live in Santa Clara, 45mins south of Alameda. Not onsite most days, but always available by phone or text, and will give guests immediate attention. My kind neighbors Dean and Stacy offered to help in emergency situations. My grown up son, Sean (25), lives half miles away from the Airbnb is able to help as well. The home is in a charming neighborhood where people are very friendly and welcoming. It is walking distance to Webster Street, filled with restaurant and shops, and a few minutes walk to the Crown Beach with miles of trails and stunning views. The Victorian house is convenient and central located, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, 7 miles to Oakland International airport, 4 miles to Coliseum, Oracle Arena. Going to San Francisco, 12 miles by land, you have the options of taking the ferries, Bart (Lake Merritt Station) and bus AC Transit Route O (Santa Clara/9th bus stop, a few minutes walk) https://sfbaytransit.org/actransit/route/O Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.

Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Welcome to Alameda! You'll be 2 blocks away from Crab Cove beach and visitor's center, and only 1 block away from Webster Street with easy bus access (AC Transit), many nice restaurants, a small market, hardware store, farmer's market and post office. The Alameda Ferry Terminal is also nearby for hops over to San Francisco or Oakland's Jack London Square. This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with or without kids).
