Self check-in. Old authentic summer cottage. LOW ceiling and 170 to door frame, watch your head! Drinking water is collected from the outside of the house! Outdoor shower, you heat the water yourself, outdoor toilet. Own farm, not private location, you will see us pass by. Genuine country experience without running water inside. The cottage has no direct view, is located between several buildings. Guest bed = 3 people. If possible: wood-burning sauna can be rented for €10/2 hour bath, bicycles €10/stay. BED LINEN can be rented on site for €9/piece, please let us know in advance!

Beach with kayak

Stay close to the sea in a small and simple accommodation with its own sauna and beach. There is a kitchenette, outdoor toilet behind the outhouse, a bathroom with sink and shower. The bedroom has a bunk bed, sofa bed for two is in the room. Kayak is available as well as outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. (Coal and lighter fluid are not included) Electricity and municipal water. The sauna is wood-fired. The accommodation is located next to the hiking trail around Kungsö battery with the nice observation tower and cozy picnic spots. Mariehamn is close, about 10 km.

Nice guest house with lovely porch

Take a break and unwind in our guest house located in Kungsö, about 10 km outside Mariehamn. The guest house contains a built-in bunk bed with 2 comfortable beds, a small kitchenette with a stove and a small refrigerator. Seating for 2 people. Shower is on the balcony outside the guest house but also inside the guest house as well as an outdoor toilet around the corner. The guest house is connected to the residential house and shares the balcony. Here we live, 2 adults, a curious little boy and two small dogs that run loose on the property.

A hidden gem in nature. Welcome to Bergstoppen in Geta. A new cottage of about 30 m2 located on a mountain with lovely views of a lake and forest. The cottage holds two smaller bedrooms as well as a living room with kitchen area and socializing in front of the fireplace and nature views. Outside the cottage, there is the possibility of cooking on a gas grill and hotplates. A large glazed balcony with many hours of sunshine and the opportunity to go down the hill for swimming in the lake and rent the newly built sauna! @bergstoppen_geta

The Thinker's Lodge by the Sea

This unique "Tänkarstuga" next to the Åland Sea, closest to the Swedish side, consists of a room with a panoramic window to the west overlooking the sea. Private terrace on all four sides of the building with dining area for two people, as well as sun loungers and tables for two. Large hiking areas on the nearby peninsula with its rich bird life, make it easy to believe that you are alone in the archipelago. Shared beach and jetty as well as a separate place where you can enjoy a small fire in the fire pit and maybe grill something good.

Welcome to our cozy cottage. A place to relax in a quiet and scenic environment without being overlooked. The cottage has three bedrooms and a living room/kitchen, perfect for families or friends who want to spend quality time together. The plot is large with lawn and several patios perfect for dining or relaxation. On the beach, there is a wood-fired sauna and a private dock. Two-person kayak and SUP board are available to borrow for those who want to explore the lake from the water. The cottage is about 30 minutes from Mariehamn.

Glasbergsboden, off-grid cabin on an island

Glasbergsboden is a traditional archipelago cabin with a double bed for 2 people and a small kitchenette. There is no electricity or running water on the island. On the beach, the rowing boat is waiting for you when you want to go on a discovery trip or fish for your own perch. Österören is an island located in the Boxö archipelago and is surrounded by Boxö nature reserve and at the island's highest point, Glasberget, is the cabin overlooking the Norrhavet. Log cabin with beautiful views of Färjsundet

Our cozy log cabin is located on the beach with beautiful views of Färjsundet. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and air heat pump. There is one double bedroom, one loft with two single mattresses and one sofa bed. The dock is down by the beach, which is suitable for swimming and has a boat dock. Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.

Lillstugan in Frebbenby

Our "Little Cottage" was built in the late 19th century and is located in the village of Frebbenby in the municipality of Hammarland on mainland Åland. In the spring of 2024, we completed the complete renovation that we carried out and recreated in a rural style.
