Very nice place with a great location ! Stunning and swiping views on the Basilica Del Voto amongst other ! The loft is very nicely designed with a modern and industrial vibe. So many carefully designed and though through elements. I asked to check in early and they had a short amount of time in between guests. Eduardo was really helpful and made it happen !

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

Can’t recommend Dyana’s place enough- it was spotless, comfortable, and safe. She went above and beyond with communication and even helped us arrange a reliable taxi from the airport (that still came and helped despite our very delayed flight!!). A great introduction to Ecuador- would highly recommend it as a place to stay after a long day of travel especially :)

Nice apartment, illuminated, good space, well equipped, bedding and excellent towels, perfect condition of toilet. Claudia very pending. Very quiet residential area, supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended, very good price. Would come back.

Very friendly hosts, the suite is very nice, comfortable and clean, I just recommend indicating that you have to climb stairs to access the suite.

Everything was very nice and accurate, for the time I stayed, I would have liked to be able to turn off the lights without having to get up and a bigger trash can, but everything was fine. Small and cozy and very helpful

Spectacular stay, super nice decor and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd come back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the Panecillo. It was walkable to El Centro Histórico and we did a few church tours. It was great having 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a working kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Very kind host! He arranged a ride from the airport for us.

The place is super cute, and comfortable, it has Everything, it's super close to thousands of things... cafes, restaurants, malls, gas stations... The space is super well equipped and Camila is always available, and is super flexible and friendly… We will surely return 🫶🏻

Great place, nice views and clean. Everything you need it is there. Close to everything around, mall, hospital, grocery store, pharmacy and more. Andres Armando is an excellent host and always prompt to respond to your needs. I recommend this place.

Jenny’s place was the perfect introduction to Quito. It was incredibly walkable to whatever we wanted to see in Centro Historico. We especially appreciated that Jenny graciously allowed us to check in extra early since we were arriving early. Her aunt helped us check into the unit and also stored our luggage for us on the check-out date. The area can feel crowded (lots of foot and car traffic, narrow sidewalks), and I felt winded from the altitude and sloping streets, but I’m so glad we chose to start off our vacation in that area. The unit was impeccably designed and had everything we needed (including a small space heater since the bedroom was cold). I especially loved Jenny’s host guide to Quito!

We stayed in the suite for a week, it was a wonderful stay, very comfortable, very well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Juan Pablo is a super good host, very kind and willing at all times.

The apartment was perfect for our last days in Ecuador. The amazing view over Quito is the highlight of this apartment, plus the kingsize bed! (since all beds we had before in Ecuador were pequeño 😁) The apartment seems very new, all was clean and spacious. Internet was ok, good enough for Netflix. During our stay we could not use the communal jacuzzi or sauna (which you have to reserve yourself through the security guy, in the lobby), he said that the thermostat was broken. We did used the gym, which was good. Location of the apartment is perfect, we love Floresta! Communication with host Sebastian was good and he was flexibel. Thanks!
