Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alangasi

If you are not familiar with Quito, I think La Floresta is one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. I’d guess there are over 30 restaurants within a 2 block radius of this apartment with anything from hotdogs to sushi and anything in between. High priced to low prices. It’s also a short walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, banks. I was a bit surprised when I entered the apartment, as it was more elegant than the pictures showed. I found Alejandro to be easy to work with, although work may slow his response. Overall I expect I will be back in this apartment again.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Location: Hotel Casa Elena is located an 8min bus ride ($0.35) from the central historic district of Quito. The busstop is in front of the hotel. If you prefer to sleep peacefully away from noise of the city then this is the place for you. There are low-priced family owned; restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries within a 5 to 15 min walk. This is Andes ⛰️ so there are HILLS! Accommodations: Casa Elena is a family run hotel. Dario is the host and he is very affable and responsive to any question or request. The room is a small studio with an en-suite restroom, a basic kitchen, and a large window which allows you to enjoy the gentle rushing of the nearby river, the FRESH AIR, and the peace and quiet which is unavailable at more centrally located locations. The gym is well appointed with options for; weightlifting, boxing , 🏀 and ⚽️ They also have a hottub on the roof with excellent views. Casa Elena is a hidden gem with ⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️, locally owned accommodations in a safe community.

Good location, safe and everything is as described

My stay in this accommodation was excellent. The place was impeccably clean, very well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked perfect and the location was ideal, close to everything you need but in a quiet area. Also, the host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help with recommendations and quickly answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

We spent one night in David's apartment on our return from a work trip. The apartment is very well located, in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Quito. This is my second time staying at David's apartment and I feel very comfortable there: it is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, has a washer and dryer and is very quiet. I highly recommend it!

Had a very nice stay with everything included, great views, and friendly building staff

I stayed at this peaceful farm with my family and two young children, and it was everything we could've wished for. It's beautiful setting made you want to never leave the place due to the cozy comfortable inside and scenery outside. Carmen and Rosa Linda were very attentive to our needs, and were fast to respond to all requests from starting the fire to arranging for my daughters to milk the cows and feed the horses. The whole staff on the farm is very friendly and there to help. It was a truly a unique experience. There's plenty of hiking in the area and it's close to all the sights of Cotopaxi park. The incredible hosts arranged for our transportation, itinerary, and cooked us some of the most delicious food I had during my trip. I can't wait to go back!

I know there's a lot of Airbnb listings, but I'm telling you, just go with Diego's apartment. It's simply home away from home. Diego is so attentive, understanding and treats you like family. And the place is spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The place and neighborhood felt very safe. We already miss Diego's place and we hope this review helps you get to experience home away from home by Diego : ). My stay with Daniela was amazing. She was helpful in every way. She kindly welcomed me after my long flight and offered me some tea. Daniela was responsive to every question I had about the city, the country, and the neighborhood. When I encountered issues at the apartment, she tried to help me!!Thanks to her support, my stay was peaceful, and I truly felt at home. The apartment is just amazing: cozy with a nice view!

Jennifer was an amazing host! I have stayed in the USA, Europe, and now South America and she has been the best Airbnb host we have experienced! She was responsive to questions, helpful in locating restaurants and activities. She went above and beyond in helping us celebrate Christmas in Quito. The location was just right—blocks from the National Basilica and about a 1km walk to the heart of Old Quito. If you stay here, I would recommend Chuta Madre for breakfast! Just a few blocks away with amazing options for food at a reasonable price. The lodging was more than enough space for 7 people, we would totally stay here again!

We loved our stay in Mindo! Gorgeous property and tons of space for a large group to spread out and enjoy the property. And Luis was super helpful with all of our requests. Will definitely go back!

We loved having the downtown high rise city experience for the week we were in Quito. Beautiful views. Felt safe with a gated private garage with parking spot & (sweet) doorman greeting you each time you came & went. Plenty of space and good floor plan. Laundry in unit was SO nice! Comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighbors, but the windows and walls are thin so you could hear city noises or construction from the apartment down the hall. We loved having the windows open for the cool fresh air. Several retail/dining options + 2 nice malls walking distance. We were careful & didn't venture far at night and didnt go alone, but we did send the kids to the store down the street in the mornings, and we always felt safe. Traffic was only bad during rush hours. We were able to get tours to pick us up at the apartment and take us to Banos and we drove our rental car to tours in other parts of the city and to Mindo. Host was available to answers any questions we had about staying in the city.

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon.

The depa was perfect, clean, with light and well equipped. It had everything you need. The location was excellent to mobilize in Quito! When I come back I hope to go again. it has parking is super practical and walking we are close to Quicentro, Megamaxi.. the guards are very friendly.
