Excellent hospitality, a central location and a pleasant atmosphere, the house is similar to what was published in the photos, the host responded to messages in a friendly manner at all times

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Great location! Quiet corner of a very safe and walkable neighborhood with everything nearby. The laundry was a great thing to have. Very spacious. The beds are very hard and the multiple doors are a little complicated to get into the first time. Overall worth the cost.

It looks like everything in the house is done with great affection It is a peaceful space to rest and spend time with the family

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were a large group of 10, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It’s incredibly spacious, both inside and out so we never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The outdoor areas are huge and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The swimming pool was a major highlight, especially for the kids, they spent hours having fun while the adults relaxed nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our group, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The house itself is stunning, well-designed, very comfortable, and spotless. It had everything we needed and more. Andrea was an exceptional host, very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families. We’d definitely love to come back! Thank you Andrea!

Very friendly hosts, the suite is very nice, comfortable and clean, I just recommend indicating that you have to climb stairs to access the suite.

The depa was perfect, clean, with light and well equipped. It had everything you need. The location was excellent to mobilize in Quito! When I come back I hope to go again. it has parking is super practical and walking we are close to Quicentro, Megamaxi.. the guards are very friendly.

We stayed in Jacqueline's apartment for 3 weeks and could not have been happier. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable and secure. The view is breathtaking and I spent more time sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountain views than anything else. The front desk security staff were extremely nice and accommodating. When we left, the security guard on shift gave us several big hugs and many thank you's, which was very sweet. We also made friends with the owner of the attached pizza restaurant and he met us in the lobby as we were leaving to say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving long time friends. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a major bank right across the street, and a large market just a few blocks away, also easily walkable. Jacqueline was very attentive both before we arrived, and the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Quito.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed - 5 stars for both the place & the host. Place had everything we needed (good kitchen setup including leftovers containers!) and was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed & furniture was comfortable. We stayed for one week and felt right at home - definitely will book this place again when we are in Quito!
