Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

North Berkeley Chic

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio). Absolutely NO cameras indoors!!!

Quaint quiet creekside cottage

A small brown shingled creekside cottage is located in a sunny rear garden with lots of birds. A bathroom extension was added to the cottage. The cottage is located within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. 15 minute walk to North Berkeley BART. The main house is also rented via Airbnb- Quintessential Berkeley Home. Backyard is a shared space.
