Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, and nearby Shenandoah National park. There are many wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your four legged friends may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a very comfortable queen sized American Leather brand Comfort Sleeper platform sofa bed. There are numerous restaurants within a two block area, menus in the apartment. Only 4 Blocks from the UVA football stadium. Public free trolley stop is two blocks away.

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

Downtown Retro Retreat

Our Downtown Retro Retreat is a comfortable space close to downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. This is a recently renovated walk-out basement 'in-law suite' with a private entrance and off-street parking. This suite features two bedrooms with queen beds, a sparkling bathroom, and a fully outfitted kitchenette, complete with original 1950's fridge! We're only an 8 minute walk to the downtown pedestrian mall.
